Description
BAE produced a unique multi-city (Atlanta, Birmingham, Jackson, Houston, New Orleans, and Washington D.C.) roadshow to engage community leaders, advocates, and media representatives through the Gilead COMPASS (COMmitment to Partnership in Addressing HIV/AIDS in Southern States) Initiative®. The initiative is a 10-year, $100 million effort through which, Gilead is working to address the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the Southern United States by supporting local communities and supporting evidence-based solutions to meet the needs of people living with and impacted by HIV/AIDS. BAE fully executed the multi-day road show, from participant registration, event production to an original photo wall experience and novel touchscreen products to capture special moments at the roadshows. BAE produced six overwhelmingly successful events that generated news coverage in more than 30 nationwide media outlets. The team managed all logistics and delivered a creative interactive feature to help engage participants while leaving a meaningful impression on attendees and community influencers. The 10 year COMPASS® goal is to create a lasting impact in the Southern United States – change public perception of HIV/AIDS in the South, improve access to and quality of health care services for people living with HIV and increase local leadership and advocacy.
